The FW45 dual hydrostatic walk behind mower was built from the ground up to meet the demands of professional mowing crews. Its super tough built construction offers a low centre point of gravity and the wide wheel stance results in unparalleled traction and stability on hillsides without the need of twin-wheels. The user friendly design features smooth operation by means of a cruise control bar, independent speed reduction levers, thumb controlled speed override and foot operated return to neutral controls. The floating deck design in combination with a wide nose wheel enables the deck to react to any inconsistencies in the terrain. Ferris walk-behind mowers are built to withstand the rigours of all day commercial use.

INTUITIVE SPEED CONTROL
Speed setting by cruise control bar reduces physical strain on hands. The independent hand controlled speed reduction levers are used for direction change, stop and reverse. Independent thumb controlled speed override levers provide easier manoeuvering on inclines.
FUEL TANK GUARD
A heavy-duty guard around the fuel tank offers added protection against obstacles and debris, helping to minimise damage during transport and in tight working areas.
ENHANCED FOOT PEDAL SUPPORT
Dual solid-steel return-to-neutral foot pedals provide secure footing and make it easier to find neutral, improving confidence and control when positioning the mower or loading onto trailers.
IMPROVED SPINDLE ACCESS
Redesigned spindle access slots make it easier to reach grease points on the Triple iCD™ deck, supporting faster routine maintenance and extending component life in commercial use.
EASY DECK ADJUSTMENT
A single-point quick-adjust lever allows fast, precise height changes from the operator’s position. The lever locks securely in place, with an infinite adjustment range between 3.8 and 12.7 cm.
