The Z1-P(X) stand-on mower platform has been designed from the ground up around the demands of professional landscaping. Powerful Kawasaki engines combined with commercial Hydro-Gear® transaxles deliver the power and productivity required for demanding commercial work, while the compact footprint makes the machines easy to manoeuvre, transport and store.

A wider suspended operator platform, tunable dampening and additional cleated footrests provide a secure, comfortable stance throughout the working day. At the same time, simplified service touchpoints and easier access to key components help reduce workshop time and keep the mower where it belongs: on the grass.

Feat-Z1P-OPERATOR-PLATFORM

Automatic PTO Shutdown

The Z1-P(X) Series features automatic PTO shutdown, designed to make those regular interruptions during the working day more straightforward. If you need to step off the platform to clear debris, move an obstacle or open a gate, the system instantly disengages the blades while keeping the engine running.

Once the path is clear, you can quickly get back to mowing without having to restart the engine.

Commercial Drivetrain 

The Z1-P(X) stand-on mower Series is engineered for commercial use.  Heavy-duty Hydro-Gear® transaxles drive the wheels, with ZT-3100 transaxles on the 81 cm Z1-P and ZT-3400 transaxles on the 91 and 122 cm Z1-PX models.

Flat-free caster tyres are fitted as standard, removing another potential source of downtime during the working day.

Kawasaki V-Twin Petrol Engines

Powering the Z1-P(X) range are Kawasaki V-twin petrol engines selected to match the capacity of each machine.

The range starts with an 18.5 HP Kawasaki FS Series engine on the 81 cm Z1-P and extends to a 23.5 HP Kawasaki FX engine on the largest Z1-PX model. Electric starting is standard across the range.

 

Compact and Transportable

The Z1-P(X) platform offers a compact footprint similar to its predecessor, allowing the machines to fit in the back of most standard-sized vans in Europe.

For even greater accessibility, the new 81 cm deck option delivers an ultra-compact profile, perfect for navigating narrow access gates and tackling challenging, confined layouts like playgrounds and graveyards.

Feat-Z1P-CLEATED-FOOTRESTS

Upgraded Operator Platform

To provide a secure stance, we have widened the operator platform and added cleated footrests on the sides. These provide additional support when mowing on an incline.

The platform itself is fully suspended, with tunable rubber isolators providing dampening between the operator and the machine for a smoother ride throughout the working day.

Speed Selector

The new one-hand adjustable speed control selector makes it easier to change between three maximum speed settings in a single motion.

When you have the space for a straight run, the Z1-P(X) Series has plenty of pace. Ground speeds reach up to 11.2 km/h on the compact 81 cm Z1-P and up to 12.8 km/h on the 91 and 122 cm Z1-PX models.
