Zero-Turns

  • IS and ISX Series models are covered by a 4 years or 500 hours limited warranty (whichever occurs first). During the first 2 years, the mower is covered for unlimited hours.*
  • 500S models are covered by a 4 years or 500 hours limited warranty (whichever occurs first).*
  • 300S models are covered by a 3 years residential use warranty (90 days commercial use warranty).*
  • Belts, tyres, brake pads, battery and blades are covered for 90 days. (Cutting belts excluded, see below.)*

Stand-Ons

  • SRS Series models are covered by a 4 years or 500 hours limited warranty (whichever occurs first). During the first 2 years, the mower is covered for unlimited hours.*
  • The transaxles are covered by a limited warranty for 3 years (36 months). 
  • Belts, tyres, brake pads, battery and blades are covered for 90 days. (Cutting belts excluded, see below.)*

Suspension

  • All Ferris mowers with suspension will have the coil-over shocks and all suspension-related components covered for 5 years, unlimited hours.*

Belts

  • Cutter belts on select models with 2-belt cutting decks on select units come with a limited warranty of 3 years or 300 hours, whichever occurs first. The warranty covers parts & labour in year one and parts only in years two and three.*
  • Cutting belts on mowers with the traditional single belt deck come with a limited warranty of 1 year or 100 hours, whichever occurs first. The warranty covers parts & labour.*

Purchased Parts

  • Parts purchased and installed by a Ferris dealer or qualified personnel have a warranty of 1 Year from the date of retail purchase.*

In Australia - Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
